COURSE 1
First Steps |

Course Description
This course is for parents with children from birth to 3 years old and couples planning to become parents. Many studies show that adequate early stimulation is the most efficient tool to obtain a complete personal development, in the field of intelligence, psychomotor activity and behavior.
This course will help you discover the main pedagogical frameworks and the basic habits that infants should acquire.
All Family Enrichment courses cases are a vehicle to start the discussion with your spouse about the different topics that are important in the education of children regardless of their ages: formation of the Will, the exercise of authority, freedom and responsibility, the education of leisure, education for love, etc. Moreover, the first objective of Family Enrichment is to develop problem solving habits by analyzing the FACTS (not judgments, opinions or emotions) -that both spouses have to agree on-, deriving the PROBLEMS based on those facts (they may be different as each person has their own perspective) and looking for SOLUTIONS that are specific and concrete to solve the problems. Learning and putting into practice this methodology requires repetition and effort. This collaborative and proactive approach will benefit the relationship with your spouse, your children and co-workers.

Family Enrichment at a glance |
FE uses the case study method. The courses tackle one case per month following these steps:
1. Individual Study of technical note and case. 2. Couple Discussion. 3. Team Meeting (4-5 couples, always the same group). Lasts 1 hour. 4. General Session (25-30 couples from around the city that are taking the same course). Lasts 1.5 hours. Discussion is lead by a Moderator. All four steps are essential. |
Changing the world one couple at a time.
